Problem unfolding opposite fold

Hello everyone ,

When I use the sheet metal function

I start by drawing a rectangle which is my base for my folded sheet metal

After I work with the sheet metal bent on edge, when I have all my folds in the same direction the unfolded function works but when I have a fold in the opposite direction solidworks tells me that there are interferences at the end of the folds and I can't avoid them to be able to unfold my part

Do you have the solution?

Thank you for your help

Hello

I would tend to say that it's the crease on the right that screws the box, but you have a sheet metal so thin that you can't see if there isn't an overlap  once unfolded or a notch missing.

Are you able to attach your file?

Kind regards

Hello

Which version are you in and can you share your file.

When creating folds, check that you have checked the box adjust the side folds and to know it works perfectly, you should make the 3 folds with a function and then edit the sketches of the folds to give them the right dimension and return with a second function.
