Solidworks mesh details problem

Hello

I'm trying to get the info about my mesh on solid, in particular the percentage of elements with shape ratio >10 and <3.
On my colleague's computer (2nd SCREEN) everything is fine, it is displayed. But not on mine (1st screen).

Why is it?

Thank you

Hello
In your example case n°1, the mesh is described as mixed...
Would there be beams or shells in your model? The mesh of these elements is surface or linear, and the quality criteria do not apply.

Excerpt from the SolidWorks Simulation Help:
Checking the aspect ratio
For a solid mesh, you get the best possible numerical accuracy...

Hello

no nothing, everything is in volume in the model...

And yet...
Sorry to be insistent, but the SolidWorks help associates the qualifier " mixed " with the presence of different geometries in the model.

Be careful with the vocabulary: a sheet metal is a volume body for SolidWorks, but it can be meshed like a shell in the Simulation module. In the illustration below, all bodies are volumetric, but by default SolidWorks meshes some as shells, and others as beams.
You have to force the volume mesh with the " Treat as volume " option.

Have you tested your colleague's example on your PC?
