Problem Opening SOLIDWORKS

Hello

I take the liberty of contacting you following a problem opening the SOLIDWORKS software, in fact, our company has a license and when I open the software it asks me to activate the license so I click on "I want to activate my product" then "next" and "next" and there is a window that displays where it is written "The activation transaction has failed". 

Please tell me what to do to solve this problem?!

We should be told more!

  1. which version of SW
  2.  Is this a recent problem or not
  3. Are you on an individual workstation or on a network?
  4. Do you telework (with license activation deactivation).
  5.  Is your company under maintenance for this software.

Leads! difficult to propose anything at this stage
