Draftsight problem then loss of configuration

Hello

I had a problem opening DraftSight, two types of messages were displayed and then the software closed. When I opened it from the desktop shortcut, the message read: " Unable to load modules. The app will close. Reinstall the app ." When I opened it from a dxf file, a DraftSight Crash Report window appeared indicating that DraftSight will close.
After a restart of the computer, DraftSight opens but my configuration is gone, the background is in light mode and I no longer have any customization.
I would like to understand what happened and to know if, like on Solidworks, you can save a configuration in case the incident happens again.

Which version of Draftsight are you using and with which O.S (windows 10; Windows 11)...
