Problem material removal does not follow the curve

Hello, I'm a semi beginner on solidworks.

I am creating a panel for an aluminum gate. I drew the shapes with splines in partit. When performing an extruder material removal, I notice that the cut does not follow the curvature. I looked in the forum and tried other material removal but nothing helped?

Can someone give me a solution?

Thanks in advance!

Thomas

Good evening

You are in the 2020 version that I can't read ;-)

Can you post a picture of the pb!
Because you talk about curvature that I don't see, in the little I download from your piece it is flat, which for a gate is not surprising.

Kind regards

PS: Confirm that your question is about SolidWorks composer or Solidworks CAD

same as Zozo, future version.

I don't have access to the Creation Tree.

Can you make us some pictures: of the default, of your creation tree, of your edited function (to see how the function preview behaves)

Hello Thomas,

It doesn't matter, it's only the graphic aliasing of the file.

It's due to the amount of curve in your file. You can have a perfect visual by pushing the graphics settings to font, but be careful with the performance in this case.

I attach a small image for colleagues who do not have access to the file.

Hello everyone, thank you for your answers. Sorry for the delay.

Ah, that reassures me! Thank you Pierre, I didn't know this detail.

Good evening to you

The problem with this type of slicing

it is the mechanical strength of the sheets and the good maintenance

maybe not stupid to reinforce the weak points
