Problem registration pdf suite update solidworks 2019

Following the update of Solidworks in 2019 SP4, I can no longer save my plans in pdf, can you help me please?

Hello 

By any chance after the update you didn't restore your options, preference from the parameter backup wizard? I had this same problem, I restored all and put back my settings without the wizard unfortunately and it corrected my problem

And have you removed the checkmark: Open the pdf after saving?

I also have the same problem. Unable to save a PDF drawing....

Forced to go through PDF creator (in print mode), but it's a pain.

Solutions ???
