I have a problem that has just appeared since last week. I generate my bill of materials from SmartBom but when that I click on the icon that allows me to export to Excel, nothing happens. It can no longer launch Excel. Has anyone ever had this problem??
We are on Windows 10 and office 365 pack. Thank you in advance for your answers.
I didn't say that it doesn't work sometimes but that it can be a problem from one day to the next on one or all of them randomly. I've been there on several positions and without understanding why on one position in particular it messes up without asking anything. The response of the Visiativ hotline was to install a compatible version, which effectively solves the problem.
After I noticed that in the Excel options an application add-in is disabled. I'd like to correct this, even though I know that Integration is not smartbom. On my colleagues' workstation, there is nothing in the disabled application add-ins.
If anyone knows how to correct this, I'm interested.
