Curved extrusion problem

Hi all

I'm having a problem when I create a volume from my sketch. The contours of the sketch are curved, and when I run the Base/Extruded Boss function, the final volume is not smooth! The curve is actually a broken line when I zoom in. I'm new to Solidworks so it's probably a stupid mistake on my part but impossible to find the solution. I'm crazy!

Can post an image of the problem (screenshot).

Do you have the problem if you don't have a very large  zoom.

If you zoom in as much as possible and depending on your settings you do indeed have facets but it's not a mistake, just zoom out.
