Hello
I just changed my PC (more powerful) but I went from win7 to win10 I installed my SW 2014 but as soon as I open a part or an assembly I get this message coming.
I looked carefully I don't have the KB3072630 to install on the PC.
Do you have any idea where the problem could come from??
thank you in advance

Hello
SW2014 is not given to be compatible with windows 10, see: http://www.solidworks.fr/sw/support/SystemRequirements.html
Kind regards

I had the same problem, the support made me "re-register" the DLL (2 actually).
If you are under contract, the best thing to do is to open a ticket, otherwise see this link: http://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/25975-regsvr32-enregistrer-une-dll

No longer under maintenance since the end of August, the boss has to call the salesman back.
will cost us a lot this pc my laser folding and cutting software doesn't work under win10 either ...
We're going to go back to win7 I think it will have a lower hit
thank you =)
Be careful, to be expected that the end of extended support for Windows 7 ends in January 2020, that leaves 2 years but it went by quickly, see: https://support.microsoft.com/fr-fr/help/13853/windows-lifecycle-fact-sheet
Kind regards
