Rhino file import problem

Hello everyone, I take the liberty of asking for help because I have difficulty opening some Rhino files coming from a colleague. Whether it's in IGS, STEP or others, when it comes to making the mesh to make a simulation, I have a problem. Note that during the import diagnosis I have to manually repair some faces. 
If you have a solution, it's great.

I'm attaching a screenshot of the faulty face when I run the mesh failure diagnostic.

Hello 

It looks like a "solid" file. Why use a mesh? 

You have to try to import it as a solid or surface and then repair the missing faces if this is the case. 

It's fixable in rhino. If you share the example file, I might be more helpful.
