Problem printing format customize on plotter

Hello

Let me explain my problem:

I have 2 different basemaps (both in A0 customized)

the 1st one automatically cuts me out on the plotter after my box and doesn't print me the white area

The 2nd one unrolls the roll until the end of my format. 

I specify that I don't change any printer settings and I think it comes from the background...

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I sometimes have problems with the tracker too.

I make a pdf to print in order to solve the problem instead of going through the CAD.

I never have a problem like that

Otherwise, it's the margins of the plotter that can do that. From memory we used the ISOAx(0,1,2) surdim parameter so that the plane could output in 100%

Or, in the Solidworks print options, you can choose to fit to sheet size. Finally something like that..
