Problem launching myCADtools 2025 SP2.1

Hi all

I have a problem with myCADtools 2025 SP2.1.

Here is a summary of my PC configuration.

  • Windows 11 Enterprise
  • SolidWorks 2021 SP5.1
  • SolidWorks 2023 SP5.0
  • myCADtools 2025 SP2.1

I previously had myCADtools 2024 with this error message.

I updated to myCADtools 2025 to see if the problem would persist.
Finally, I now have 2 error messages when launching myCADtools.

Do you have this kind of problem?
Where can it come from?

myCADtools runs well in SolidWorks (a priori because I can access the myCADtools ribbon).
But when I launch the myCADtools application, I get these 2 error messages.

Could you help me?

I had the same one if I clicked here (at the end of last week, but not anymore):

But this does not hinder the operation in any way.
Maybe a file deleted by mistake at Visiativ?
The http://www.mycadservices.com site no longer works either (link from the menu:

Hello Luke,
The problem lies in the absence of a .xml file within the MYCADTOOLS operating folder.

You will therefore have to go to this location in your Windows explorer: C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Visiativ
And paste the file below after unzipping it.

(Be careful, the AppData folder is a hidden folder by default in your file explorer, so you will need to show the hidden items to access it)

A good cleaning of the old facilities (and the registry) would not be a luxury in my opinion...

The XMLKeyWords2.xml file was empty yesterday.
I just looked at it, it has some data in it.
And when I run myCADtools again, I no longer have the BUG.

However, I don't know how to send an XML file.
The myCADtools forum does not allow this.

It must be compressed (encapsulate) (with: 7zip or winZip).
