Lynkoa problem

Hello, I have a problem since yesterday I can't make any answer or comments via the internet. So I have to go to the app to write. help! I tested on IE7 and chrome.
Hello For me it seems to work. Sometimes I have to refresh the page to get access to the answer text box.

Maybe we need to empty the cookies?

Yes, good question, does it work in private browsing?

Ideally for this type of problem, you should go through "Lynkoa Support" in the "Groups" tab and not through the "Questions"

I don't have access to the groups through the app so I write where I can;)

a priori I don't have a problem on my side (IE10 or chrome).

possibly try a little cleaning of internet temporaries.

I think it should be a habit.

On my pro pc I use CCleaner once a week.

At least, I'm less "rotten" by cookies, time files, deleted files but not permanently, etc...

 

And that's one less source of problems...
