I can't use the sheet metal with folded edge on this drawing... (sheet metal tool)
The goal is to achieve something like:

You work under which version of solidworks because personally I can't open it.
Maybe your corners are intertwining?

My corners shouldn't intersect, I created this from a boss and then a shell that I converted into sheet metal...

You have to use the bent sheet metal function on edges and know the angle because given your part it will not have 90 degrees.
As Ac cobra says.
Your songs are not perpendicular to the face so it won't work.
You have to go through folds on the edge and then close the corners or add sheet metal bases

The connections between the edges are therefore not great... (as in the previous example)

Or if you don't want to have too much function in the tree, you can edit the sketches of the folds and immediately give the angle to 45 in...
