Hello
I have a problem opening a 3D mirror that I created yesterday.
Today, the following message is displayed (see screenshot)
Do you know where the problem comes from and if so how to solve it?
Thank you in advance

Hello
Did you use the file that is in the recent files? Is it currently in the same folder as the one in recent files? Does he also have the same name?
Hello
This happened to us recently.
Esaaye the following:
We have made a support request for this issue. It was brought up to SW without a solution for the moment.
Response from the audience:
"Random problem with no way to recover the file"
;-)
I have already had this problem several times. Having two workstations in our design office, my solution is to open the file with the second workstation and then make a new record (in the same place) and I can then open it again from my workstation.
yes everything is the same
I'll have to redraw :)
We only have one license for two positions and changing positions is the same problem
For my part, we have two different licenses...
If not, we may be able to try to make you a new record if you send us your file.
Hello
If it's possible can you post the piece?
May the force be with you
edit: sorry @nathalie_1 I didn't see that you had already asked the question
