Problem for material removal on cylindrical surface

Hello

 

I can't do a material removal with the winding function, well it's more the positioning of my sketch that I can't do to be precise, I would like to place the top points on planes 4 and 3 but in 2D sketching it doesn't work and in 3D sketching I can but the winding function doesn't take my sketch.

 

Anyone has another solution or can tell me where I am logging??
