Assembly External Reference Problem

Hello everyone,

Since this morning, it is impossible for me to add new components to my assembly.

Usually, when I did: insert components > new part and left-click in the 3D area; a new part automatically inserted itself into the context and internal to the assembly.

All of a sudden, since this morning, when I perform this manipulation: Nothing. No part...

A little help / advice could well help me out
Thank you

Well I fixed the problem:
Options > System Options > External References
I checked the box " allow the creation of external references to the model "

I still wonder about this option that was unleashed on its own?
Has anyone ever had this kind of bug?

Log in your PC at the coffee break, there are still some who find it fun to tinker with 3D email. And curiously they are younger and younger, the ambition surely :joy:

You probably meant " to de-log"

Dislodge (or unblock) = Means to disconnect and log 'the opposite for me'
After the term may no longer be used
So log in (close) your PC at the break

On SW 2020 SP5.0 we have worse.
The " external references / load referenced documents" option: systematically returns to ' none ' when we put either ' all ' or ' modified only '.

It's great when the casting stock doesn't update in the machined part when it should be doing it systematically.
It has already cost us a few thousand euros.

Visiativ is unable to find out why but it's probably related to the fact that this option refers to a lot of different parameters in the registry.
