Problem selecting in a note

Hello

In a note, as soon as I want to select a part of text, it selects another completely different part, moreover no way to position the cursor in the place indicated by the cursor of my mouse.

Can you tell me how to fix my problem.

A screenshot or a little more detail may be necessary note in a drawing, an assembly a part?

What kind of rating? A more specific example?

In this example I clicked on the cursor and it made a selection on its own of what is in black, if I had selected what was the same before.

So I can't select anything in my text and therefore underline nothing, for example.

Excuse the spelling mistakes in the example...

I used the note function in a drawing

Is it possible to send the drawing in question as well as the related parts and assemblies?

After trying to retype a text of the same type, with offset text and I can't find the behavior you describe (SW2020)

If you can attach a copy of the plan, even if it is empty, with just the annotation, we'll see if it comes from the note or the post.

Hello

Here is the file with the annotation in it, thank you

Hello Jérôme (yes, yes, we know each other...)

I opened your file and have no problems with selection.

Depending on whether your problem is local to the note, the file, or the machine, you have several solutions:
- copy and paste the note itself;
- make a new story and copy and paste the text (using the Windows notepad to avoid dragging something invisible);
- I imagine that the machine has been restarted or at least the SW session closed...

No worries about editing your note either.

Are you working in sw2015?

Under 2020 no worries.

Either SW's version is a problem or the workstation.

Hello, I'm under 2020 sp1

So between two with work I tested two or three things following stefbeno's answer. I rebooted everything like every day or almost and then: surprise everything works again. But before saying that it was good, I waited to see and again, it's messing around again. Having the problem in mind, I realize that this happens when I create a new drawing. So I save, I close the SW session and restart SW and there, the modification of the texts in my new drawing works.

Hello

You can leave it by going to Options -> Performance and at the very bottom disable "enhanced graphics performance",

There was a Bug number on the cursor and text selection, set to SP3.0 from memory,

I invite you to update to SP5.0

Hello

Thank you all for your help.

It would seem that the problem is solved with the solution related to the bug on the cursor.
