I'm having a problem on SolidWorks, an error message "RPC server is not available" is displayed when I want to create a part family just have selected the sketch.
I would like to know if someone could enlighten me please.

In my opinion you need to check that you connect to the server.
Or if you're using a vault, check that it's a local write copy,..
