The Restructuring button does not appear in ProjectManager.

What do you call restructuring because without the Pm2014 I have the same buttons in this tab and no more

If you want to create the same subfolder, you have to press edit and check add the same subfolder.

If you want to rearrange the pieces in a new folder or existing folder it's in the next tab

What is the functionality of this button that I tell you where the function is placed, if it exists.

Here is Project manager 2014 and I don't see anything more in the part of your screen print.
