Following the malfunction of the myCADtools tools, here is a procedure that allows you to solve this bug;  

Here is the latest official version that fixes this 2021 sp1.3 issue:

And patches for those who don't want to migrate or reinstall: 

Patch 2021 => https://ftp.lynkoa.com/mycadtools/myCADpassport/RdStandard.dll

Patch 2020 => https://ftp.lynkoa.com/mycadtools/myCADpassport/RdStandard2020.dll

DLL to replace in %CommonProgramFiles%\Visiativ\Shared
