I modified the default program to open .sldprt files (soliworks instead of solidworks launcher), and I can't get the solidworks launcher back to default.
No matter how hard I try, it doesn't want to know anything, and doesn't take into account the solidworks launcher...
Does anyone have a solution to this problem? Thanks in advance

You can try to repair the SolidWorks installation or re-implement the settings with the following tutorial:

Try to restore file associations in Tools, Options, File Explorer, button: Restore file associations, then you try to change the default program for sldprt, sldasm, slddrw
