Projection projectile plate: abaqus

Hello

I have to model the perforation of a 2.5 Kg projectile, with an energy of 3000 J and a projectile diameter of 50 mm on a plate.

Do you know if it is possible to perform this type of calculation under abaqus? If so, how?

I had looked in the tutorials on the internet and I had seen the use of "Create Predefined Field" but can this be applied to the case cited above?
