I notice that the projection of the view on solidworks is in American format. View from left to left and not to European standard, view from right to left etc... Can someone tell me where the option is for me to get back to my European habits?

Check that you are in the ISO system because if you are in the US system the views are not represented in the same way.
It's in the personification preferences
then you have to go to: Options-> Document Properties->View Labels tab-> Auxiliary
In Basic Auxiliary Views Standard you select ISO
Then you save your basemap and then in: Options-> System Options-> Default Templates
you select your modified drawing so that you can select it more easily when creating MeP.

see if in System Option\Display/Selection -> at the bottom: "Projection type for the four-view viewport:" is on Europa ?
