yes the question is not clear I will try to do + better ;-)

In a project, there are several collaborators who intervene when they want

either to post files, comments, or to chat or ..... etc....

I would like if possible that there is every movement or modification X in the project

Be informed as an administrator

as well as each collaborator

I think this would allow us to be more reactive

for the moment the one and only solution I have found

it's to publish on the internal MyCAD project and to send an email to the other members, it's not practical and a useless waste of time

Isn't the idea of development to work all at the same time?

Which brings us back to another subject the refresh of comments in real time which does not seem to work.

 

=> if both possibilities don't work, it loses its interest.

The problem is that you don't know if a speaker has entered the group

if a stakeholder has published anything

if someone has made a change or brought an info

so not very reactive I like this word today ;-))

Morality with Skype we do better if we add the possibility of controlling the PC remotely ;-))

What bothers me is that I took a WD my cloud for the deposit of files and with skype using the screen sharing function it works. On the other hand I don't know how far we can go at the same time. 

in addition as soon as the client downloads the file or consults my NAS server I get a notification.

I can make it available, sent notification of deposit, and cut off his access.

All by login, email address and password. (like lynkoa somewhere)

@fred as owners of a mycadplace account, it would be good to inform us of the schedule of the evolution of the project. 

The advantage I see for you is to avoid having to answer the same questions over and over again. 

Saying the future is good, but it can be in a week, a month or next year

I can no longer afford to advertise this type of product to my customers because its use does not meet their expectations. 

Being informed by notification of any change in the state of development is a most important condition

Today I place an evolution of one of my projects in the file and I send an email to the client so that he can consult. Of course I don't send a link so it has to connect go to the project and observe 

It's tedious

Another point is the refresh of the page. 

If you are logged in at the same time as an employee, you do not see the comments displayed in real time. 

Isn't that what was planned?
