Extend Solidworks Domed Surface

On the attached domed part, I try to fill the 2 holes and join the 2 bodies to form one as "smooth" as possible.

Do you have any solutions? (volume? surface?)

Create offset  surfaces to recover splines

Create 4 splines 

Create a filled surface

and thicken by 5.03 since this is the price visualized
