In the records manager, I don't know why but the directory propagation button is grayed out.
Could you tell me why it is sometimes greyed out and I can't access it?

The directory propagation button is still grayed out.
It is only active if you have selected a CATProduct and then made "saved as" and selected a backup directory.
It's after doing that that he's active.
Edit: To avoid being too restrictive : "only if you have selected a CATProduct" as a general rule it's the assembly and all these elements that you propagate in a new directory, but the function is also active for links between CATPart; the contexts of the links; assembly functions, drawings (if logged in). I use less so the list may be more important
