Can we find the properties of a sub-assembly in a drawing? Because if we put a bubble or a note, we have the choice between the properties of the head assembly or the selected part, but not of the subassembly.

It's a hack, but if you import the subassembly into the MEP and take it out of the frame, you can then generate its bill of materials that you can place anywhere.
Opening a ticket and indeed you can:)
Once the dialog box opens to link the property, you must select "Selected component or other drawing view".
And then you just have to click on the selection so that it goes to blue highlight and search in the assembly tree and select the file you want.
