Quantity in a BOM

Hello everyone,

I have a small problem in a nomenclature.

In my nomenclature (see attached image)

I have a multi-body piece (file1) composed of 6 bodies (rep.2.01 to 2.06)

I would like to know if there is a way for solidworks to show me in the nomenclature the quantity of body needed to make my 34 file1 in automatic.

Or should I add a column with a formula to multiply all it.

Thanks in advance

Fred.

Hello

Where does your quantity 34 come from? Do you enter it by hand in the nomenclature?

If so, the option of a new column seems to be the most judicious.

Otherwise, you can create a configuration of your piece with a body repetition of 34 occurrences. This will allow you to retrieve the configuration with the repetition in your BOM and have the correct quantities.

Hello

You can use the list of welded parts related to your bodies which will count you and classify your identical bodies.

My quantity comes from the number of times I have the piece as a whole.

In the end, I filled everything to the bone. This is the simplest.

Thank you for your help.
