After downloading a file, I came across an icon that I had never seen: 
It seems to me that it's because this file is in future version but I'm not sure.
Anyone know?

Yes it's the interoperability between 2 versions of solidworks (possibility to open a future version from SP5): http://help.solidworks.com/2017/french/solidworks/sldworks/c_previous_release_interoperability.htm
