Hello

 

I want to create 3D pdfs from my Inventor or MEP models. What would be the best software to use so that my clients can open them in Acrobat without any problems?

With SolidWorks, it is possible to save as a 3D PDF, which is probably possible with all CAD software.

 

In SolidWorks, simply press "Save As", choose the PDF type, and then check the "Save as 3D PDF" box.

I use ZW3D, with this software you can create 3D PDFs, and manipulate them!

You can also open Solidworks files without any problems with ZW3D.
