What a constraint (worm screw)

Good evening everyone, I have a question about a worm screw. What constraints should I use? I try several mechanical constraints but I can't do it, thank you all for enlightening me.

What Solidworks version are you under and can you post your assembly in a Zip or RAR file.

To achieve this, you would have to create a sketch with a dot on the circular face of your square and then constrain this stitch with the edge of your thread, so that when you turn the handle the stitch will slide along the thread. See PJ with test assembly

Good evening

normally there is the helical stress provided for this

  1. Click on Constraint
  2. Then, Mechanical Constraints
  3. then, Helical stress and there you have two choices available to you (Rotation and distance)
