What is the procedure for adding a Solidworks license server that would take over in case of a problem on the main

To secure the use of SolidWorks in our organization, what would be the way to add a spare license server in case of a shutdown of the first one? 

I guess this requires the generation of a second Keyfile, but what is the cost?

And can we declare an "active/passive" mode for this service?
