For the messages you post, it's like in any other forum, at your request, if you wish, everything disappears.
As far as tutorials are concerned, such as apps, Lynkoa is not proprietary. Lynkoa makes its platform available only.
Again, you can delete your tutorial, your apps.
The T&Cs are indeed to be looked at, as Fthomas says.
