What are the main CAD software vendors?

Hello

I am trying to make a synthesis of the main software publishers revolving around the BE.

For example, Dassault Système (SolidWorks, Catia,...) VERO Software, AUTODESK (autocad, Inventor, ...), PTC, SIEMENS (NX, SolidEdge,...), others?

I browse the News, CAD Magazine, CAD Magazine, ... looking for information, but not much for the moment of exhaustive on the subject and a comparison of the forces at play (financial weight, sales in France, in the EU, worldwide).

If you have  any information or articles on the subject, I'm interested.

Hi Alain,

There is also logitrace which is one of the oldest I think. And for the old ones there is the rotring with tracing paper and razor blades.............
