so if I understand correctly we already need Catia and Digital project in +

I work in construction for Vinci and I used Digital Project for the construction of the Louis Vuitton Foundation in Paris.
It is indeed a fully autonomous software, it has been developed by Ghery Technologie company of the architect frank gehry who realizes all his projects in 3D. They bought the core of Catia V5 and developed around Digital Project which runs independently of Catia V5.
It is just more focused on constructions.
