If you doubt my first name @Gerald, I'm one of the few to be called Benoit and not Benoit. So it doesn't come from there.
For the blacklist, maybe it's not all the benoits but just me?!? @Clémentine, wouldn't you have done that to me? I know I can be a pain, but from there to my blackister!!
I confirm that nicknames don't work for invitations and never worked, for the simple reason that it was never planned.
The only way to invite someone is to enter the email address.
A few clarifications: If the email address you type is that of a member, no worries.
If you enter an email address that is not the one used by the member, then in this case, the member will have to log in with the email address entered....
To be clearer, I am registered on Lynkoa with my personal email address.
If I am invited by typing in my professional email address, I will be forced to create a new account with my professional address. So I will have 2 accounts.
So, if you have an existing account on Lynkoa, you must specify to the person who wants to invite you to the project place, the email address you use to connect, otherwise you risk having several accounts to access Lynkoa and myCADplace.
@Yves ok for the listing it's understandable, but the l prompt is launched via a member address on Lynkoa, and what's more his lynkoa account address. so it must work!!!!!
Yes I confirm, in my case, Lynkoa account address which is my personal address and which has never changed, and address retransmitted to @gt22 for the invitation without success.
For your information, and as I am rightly named as a pain in the ass of the subject, I realized that I had not received any Lynkoa emails since June 13th.
I can't find any reason. Not junk, not blacklisted, box far from full, perfect reception of all other normal or unwanted emails...
Do others here use their Lynkoa account with hotmail? (Yes I know it's unlikely)
Could the cm@lynkoa.com address have been blacklisted by Microsoft/hotmail directly because of the large number of daily emails (best answer, warning, new answer on subscriber question, private message,...) and the fact that some are deleted without being read?
@Benoit, have you tried to log in outlook.fr, because there has been a modification of the hotmail account, and maybe there is an automatic deletion rule is applied without you knowing!
@GT22 no, not with the nickname, at least not at home and I will be surprised if it is the case for someone else.... Unless the nickname is included in the email address ;-)
