Shortcut for creating a slotted hole

Hello

I seem to remember a trick to create an oblong hole without creating two circles or arcs of a circle and two straight lines. Anyone know this shortcut?

I rather remembered a manipulation from a circle with the keyboard but it suits me very well, I hadn't paid attention to this icon.

Otherwise, to go from a line to a circle during a sketch, you have to draw a line and press the "A" key to switch to tangent circle mode.
