Minimum bending radius Iron I 140 for monorail

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to determine the minimum radius for the bending of an Iron I 140 for a monorail (it's in the title). by rotating around the axis parallel to the core (Y axis if I'm not mistaken)
Is there a calculation or an abacus to determine this?

Not really, it can vary depending on the bending tools, the materials, the treatment (if treated), if cold or hot bending...
The only one able to answer you will be your subcontractor for the bending.

this post is more about the unfolded, I was looking more at the feasibility, which is usually done or not so as not to ask for a radius of 50 with an IPE of 120 for example^^
