RE-RE-Extrusion:removal of material on a non-flat surface

The answers to my previous question were all good, thank you. The problem is that I expressed myself badly: I would like to do an extrusion on a curved non-planar sruface, and therefore necessarily not parallel to the plane created for this purpose. That's why I'm struggling. There you go.

Try to create your sketch on the middle plane
