Creation of a sprocket and a circular rack SW 2016

Hello, I would like to make a rack and pinion to be able to 3D print it but I don't know how to do it properly. A screen is better than explanations:

Here I did the rack but without paying attention to respect the right module with the right pitch etc, so for the realization of the pinion I'm lost. Afterwards I would like to be able to cut the rack into several equal pieces so that I can print it. It is quite large since it has an external dimameter of 475 mm. As for the sprocket, I had made a tutorial that is here. He explains how to calculate any sprocket with straight teeth following an involute of a circle.  For the ring gear  I know that the head diameter is equal to d-2.m and the foot diameter d+2.5m with d, primitive diameter, equals m.Z.
