I would like to make a somewhat complex section or section of a crankcase in CATIA. I'll leave you a picture to show you what I'd like to achieve.
Apparently, there are two casings on which you have to make a section or cut. On one, the section is more complex.
On the other hand, I would like you to remind me of the basics about cuts and sections in CATIA because it's been a very long time since I've used these functions.
In addition, this section or cut should be activated or not on demand. In other words, I would like to be able to easily restore my crankcase to its original state if necessary.
If the information is a little too scarce, I will send additional views.
