Hello, the images are not very clear but I have the impression that your circles are not in the right diameter. to be able to wind the diameter of the profile (circle) must be less or = 180mm on the image of the plane the outer diameter of the scan seems to be 97mm which passes without problem (I checked) but on your CATIA capture we can clearly see that it is greater than 180mm

Hello

Make your rib with the diameter 63 and 97. Add your 223 and 225 diameter flanges at the end.

Normally it passes.
