This is at the expense of the right where you have installed it.

 

Usually it can be found in C:\Solidworks Data\

It's in the Solidworks data folder it seems to me:

C:\SolidWorks Data 2014

 

Done a hole wizard search (the file is called HoleWizardFavorites.mdb)

It should be under:

C:\SolidWorks Data\browser

I found several "HoleWizardFavorites" files but they are all empty.
