Search for 3D software that allows you to rotate and hang cards

Hi all

Do you know of a 3D software (professional if possible) that allows you to open a 3D model in JT format, rotate this model and be able to hang cards on it?

These sheets are descriptions of the different parts of the 3D model (technical requirements, standards, feedback, etc.). I have SolidWorks as an application but I don't know how to attach cards to it.

Hello,

As of 2019 eDrawings opens JT files

You can then use eDrawings' commenting, annotations, and redlining  features. 

Maybe it's a bit light compared to what you want to do..... To see :)

If it can contain long texts (3 pages and more for each component of the 3D model) why not. Thank you:)
