Product search: self-aligning thrust bearing

Hi all!

For a design of a carousel Ø800 ht1500mm mass 200kg fed by remote motor via sprocket + belts in the lower part, all mounted on a fixed mechanically welded chassis.

I am looking for a thrust bearing supporting the axial load of the carousel with the possibility of self-alignment with the upper part bearing (SKF FY50M type). Of course with grease nipple included.

So, I searched several sites, including SKF, but I only find ball thrust bearings without the fixed part and the grease nipple... :(

Do you have any leads, brands to suggest to me? Thank you for your help:p

Yes,  that's the bearing I use in the upper part => no axial effort.

I am looking for the bearing for the lower part with a ball/roller stop supporting an axial force. ;) + greaser.

See the tapered roller bearings

or also contact SKF directly to find the right walkthrough

We had a similar case, finally we fell back on a 2-part solution: a stop and a bearing.

Stefbeno I'm afraid I'll be forced to do so. My colleagues tell me that the SKF on both sides is not crazy given the low mass... I still doubt...

A FAG bearing type UCF210 supports an axial load of 0.5xC0r:

Let C0r=23200N so axial ch. >1000kg!
