Is it possible to copy 3 letters/numbers/characters from a custom property to another custom property on SOLIDWORKS
example:
Property 1: "-AA>"
Property 2: Copy "-AA"

Do you copy the entire property or just part of it?
For partial (3 1st characters, last 3 characters or bin a separate position of a property of the same number of characters, no worries)
To do this, 2 solutions:
- Smartproperties software from Visiativ SmartProperties
- macros via VBA for example

And I wanted to add that it is possible to use the copy properties button to reproduce the format, only for annotations and bubbles on the MEPs.
