Unable to resize bills of materials in Solidworks 2018

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with Solidworks 2018, I can no longer resize my bills of materials by putting my mouse cursor at the bottom right of the bill of materials.

Here's an image with the pointer not turning into an arrow to resize:

For the record, I've already restarted my PC several times without improvement, so apparently not a memory bug.

Could it be a parameter that is poorly defined, or a software bug on which Solidworks needs to be reinstalled?

Has anyone ever had this problem?

Sorry, but I'm giving a supplement because I just noticed that it works, but I don't have the visual of the arrow anymore, it's my pointer that doesn't change shape anymore.

And I also don't have a highlight of my edges anymore when I approach the mouse.

In this case I suspect a system option display > dynamic highlighting of the graphical view,
