Hello everyone,
It is possible to open a SolidWorks assembly in Navisworks, but do you know if it is possible to bring up the " component reference" content as well?
Thank you in advance.
Have a good day.

Hello,
I only have the Freedom version of NavisWorks and no ability to open SW files
Hello,
Impossible to date I think, it's a shame.
Hello @Rems51
What do you mean by " referencing the component "
I have Navisworks Similate 2022, if I understand your request I can look.
Hello @FRED78,
Component Reference is a custom property that is used to give a TAG to an element in a set, such as a TAG, HV-001, HV-002, etc. for manual valves.
This property appears in the Feature Manager behind each tagged element, but it cannot be exported to Navisworks.
Indeed, I think that on our models it is the name of the file that appears.
But I'm amazed that on an Autodesk product, you couldn't change that kind of thing.
