For personal convenience, I prefer, in my options, to have the volumes in cm³ rather than in mm³.
So I go into my options, and to units, I put in cm³ volume.
However, when I close and re-open Solidworks, the volume option is back in mm³...
How do I "force" the program to leave my units in cm³?

It is not the program that "memorizes" these settings but the document templates.
As indicated by the tab in which this setting is found (document properties)...
It is therefore necessary to edit the 3D document model concerned (parts, assemblies, piping) by modifying this option and then saving this model.
Future parts or assemblies created based on this model will use this default setting.
However, this option will have to be modified for each existing part or assembly.
